How to use your Nasal Spray

Before Use
- Shake the bottle well
- Prime the spray by pressing the pump a few times until a fine mist appears (only necessary before first use or after a long period of non-use).
Dosage and Timing
- Use up to 4 times daily.
- Recommended times: Morning and Midday.
- Avoid using in the evening, as it may increase energy levels.

How to Apply
- Gently blow your nose to clear your nostrils.
- Tilt your head slightly forward.
- Insert the nozzle into one nostril, aiming slightly outward (toward the ear).
- Press the spray and breathe in gently through your nose at the same time.
- Repeat in the other nostril
